Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I was able to deposit £10, play the casino and withdraw 2x £300. On my 3rd withdrawal onious additional ID. I am still being sent offers and free bets. I have tried in vain to get the complaints procedure and or ADR procedure from casino but they continue to cut and paste requesting documents. My understanding this is not allowed by regulator.
