Hi my [EDIT] name i opened an account with jenningsbet but self excluded with them as i have a gambling problem.As i have this problem i find it hard to control it and then was able to open an account with 12 bet . I feel that they have breached their license as they are both licensed by TGP europe and i used same name address DOB and email address . Have complained to them but to no good they say that yes they are under same umbellra but are different companies , but they are under same license ? The UKGC states that the license has a code of conduct to follow which i feel that TGP hasnt . Can you please help me .

I'm going to be very frank here and say I have significant concerns about the 2 complaints you've submitted. In both instances you've chosen to self-exclude at a casino, then gone on to select further casino that shares some ownership or licensing connection with the casino you self-excluded at, signed-up an account and now want money returned.
While I do sympathise with those suffering from compulsive gambling tendencies, compulsive suggests out of control. There are thousands of gambling operators online, yet you seem to have enough control that you are taking time to look for operators that are likely already covered by your previous self-exclusion. When you self-exclude from an operator it is the operator's responsibility to take reasonable measures to prevent you playing with them again. However, it's also your responsibility not to intentionally try to circumvent that exclusion.
In this instance I do believe that you are right with regard to the exclusion extending to all properties covered by the gambling license. However, working closely with the UKGC I can say that problem gambling issues are something that they are dealing with directly rather than allowing Alternative Dispute Resolution services manage. As such you should submit your complaint to [email protected] marked 'FAO Brendalin Anderson'.
Once you've discussed the issue with the UKGC we would appreciate an update on the result.
