I am still yet to receive my withdrawal. This has been dragged out for 2 weeks, and I keep receiving the same silly requests. I have submitted all I formation required. It was accepted, I co.oketed a phone verification, and keep being told I will receive my money, to no avail!

I've spoken to 14Red regarding this issue. They inform us that they have requested the following ID from you multiple times without response:
- Identity Document - drivers license or any government-issued ID card
- Proof of Address
- Bank Statement with IBAN
- copy of the Credit Card ending 0840
Can you please provide the above to the operator then let us know and I'll follow-up with them on your behalf?

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
