Player's Complaint

Had a decent win at 18bet a few weeks ago. They first delayed my payment with the funniest KYC requests I've ever experienced in my life, then finally paid my first withdrawal (their max withdrawal via credit card was 2000). Since they took so long, before they paid my first withdrawal, I already left in vacation in Germany (I have plane tickets and other proof of this). Then, I requested another withdrawal, but the next day I got an e-mail saying my IP address is shared by multiple players. This is absurd, as this was my first account with this casino and all its associates, and I've seen it's not the first time they confiscate people's winnings with this trick. Something has to be done about this.
