Player's Complaint


I'm player of 1xbet for 3 years now. I had verified my account few days after open, last month they locked my account, the allegation was they need all documents (ID, proof of my credit card etc) I had sent all and they verified again.

Last 14th January my account was locked again with 110 EUR and they ask all statements of my bank and deposits.

I had sent all and now I only get automatic responses saying:

All requests are processed in turn. Please wait, you will get a notification.

Can I have your help at least to withdraw my funds and unlock my account, please?

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
