1xBet - Paypal blocked

Unfortunately it is unlikely we'll be able to do much to help you in this situation.

Firstly this group are a Blacklisted operator with this service and as such they are unlikely to be cooperative in the management of complaints.

Secondly, PayPal have very tight regulations with regard to which gambling companies they are prepared to work with. These are so tight that even we cannot have a PayPal business account and we don't accept bets on anything simply because we advertise gambling firms. And this is where the more significant problem exists - if 1xbet have been taking deposits via PayPal there's a very good chance that they've been doing this in an unauthorised fashion via personal accounts and have been caught. If that is the case there is nothing that they can do about this situation - their PayPal account have been closed for legitimate reasons and it will not be re-opened. Nor will they receive the funds that were in this account. That being the case it is highly unlikely this operator are going to volunteer to pay you out again via an alternative method.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you but you should be aware from the outset that the chances of a successful mediation are very low.

How were you processing funds to 1xBet? Did they give you an email address to send funds to? Do you have any emails with the operator discussing this?

I make a deposit via 1xbet application, but the payment send to a personal account not "1xbet business account ", also the withdraw, i received the amount divided to small amounts from personal account this is 1xbet answer why they send the payment divided to small amount :

1xbet : "Your last withdrawal is still in process. Wait for the total withdrawal amount. We'd like to highlit that withdrawals via PayPal can be delivered in small parts from different parties in accordance with the Paypal policy."

After receiving that payments my PayPal account is blocked - also my PayPal solde in HOLD, as i told you i was working with PayPal for several years without any incident till i receive that payments from 1xbet !

Unfortunately after repeated attempts to contact the operator about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.
