Found for the Player - 21Nova casino have made clear that they will not discuss complaints with this service. They cited the Data Protection Act as their justification for this as they have done in the past. We made clear that the DPA does not prevent them discussing a player's account as long as they have permission from the account holder. As such there's nothing we can do to help this player.

I won some money on 21Nova, after I made a deposit with skrill, however when I withdrew they asked me to give them a bank details so they can process my withdrawal via bank transfer. I did about a week ago and they still haven't paid me. My email is [EDIT] and my username is [EDIT]

I've had a response from 21Nova. Unfortunately they've committed to continuing their policy on non-discussion of player complaints with this service and have asked us to direct you back to either their customer service department or their UKGC appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution service IBAS.
I'd recommend contact IBAS about this issue as there's nothing further we can do to assist you.
