Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and 24Bettle have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

Requested a payout 9 days ago and they keep my payout in a pending state.because they say they have yet to verify my documents for the last 6 days.

Now they wont answer my questions or chats.

Would not reccomend them

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 10th of July let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Quick update they are refusing chats with me.

They wont give me an answer on what is happening to my money.

6 days ago i got verified and now since they havent payed out. And everytime i go to the chat fo find out what happening.

They only say we are trying to pay you withib 48 hours only sometimes it takes longer for this are our of control.(takes 3 times the time already)

Then i get we are spinning in circles and have no option to end the chat and then the disconnect.

I dont get an answer on what happening.

They dont wanna go and look what is wrong.

So my question is you guys will need document on the 10th.

I got a couple of chats i had with them but

Gettinf them all is not possible as they wont send it.
