24k casino ( its not on your drop down list )

they have blocked my account , only once i had submitted a withdrawal

they have claimed fraud, ip configuration and also duplicate accounts

all of which is a complete fabrication, i have used the same documents and ip address at many other casinos and have never had this happen

there has been a minimal response for a vip manager but the support link nevr gives a reply

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
