Player's Complaint
24kcasino.com refuses to pay the most of my winnings after I hit a royal flush in video poker Jacks or Better. My balance went well above €23000 but they only paid a few thousand and then closed my account when my balance had about €16000 left.
All this happened without any valid reason given. I played without a bonus when hitting this big win. My account was totally clear from bonuses all the time. My account ID verification was successful earlier.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
