Firstly was accused of foul play and fraud so I proved against that. Then accused me of breaching the terms of using a 3rd party card which is a lie I showed them proof the card was solely under my name but as my daughter is my power of attorney she is named on the wallet also. So they think I've breached when I haven't. They obviously don't care for mental health and freeze winnings and lie to get out of paying
No my daughter does not hold an account. I will forward all details to the email
I have emaile syou last week no response as of yet. I have proof from 32 reds own staff members they confirmed my card and also admitted it was my card and not a 3rd party yet they still remain that they are not interested Also breaching my own information without security checks. Can something be done about this

Yes I had no choice as they wasnt responding

You need to wait on eCOGRA providing a ruling on your claim. We do not engage with cases that are already being reviewed by another ADR service.
