Found for the Player - Not only have 32Red refused to discuss this complaint, but they seem to be behaving in a fashion actively intended to frustrate the mediation process.

I opened the account and received £10 free spins with a wager of ×50 I done that and ended up with £400.40 and tryed to withdrawal and they took it off me saying there was a linked account. I have never had an account before but they wernt listening to me and they have removed the funds from my account

I've spoken to the 32Red team regarding this issue. Sadly they are not willing to talk to us regarding this issue. In fact, there team were keen for us to direct you back to their own support to resolve this issue but were strangely unwilling to contact you to pro-actively to address the situation.
Sadly, all we can recommend at this stage is that you contact 32Red's ADR IBAS.
