Found for the Casino - In all likelihood the player has simply experienced a loss. There's certainly not enough evidence to support claims of cheating.
Read our 32Red Casino Review.
I only joined 32Red a couple of weeks ago since I have been of sick from work. To begin with it was for fun and return on play was agreeable. £30/£40 per day. However, as the time passed the amount of play I received went down gradually over the days The last couple of days have been extremely bad and I have complained on several occasions but get the same bland answers. e.g. when i complain about my win rate I was told it was 01% or 93% etc However, when I ask about my win percentage over my bet level they would not respond. Also, after a few days I complained about a particular game running very slow at times they told me that I was not using the preferred platform..Google Chrome. I was using Mozilla yet nowhere on there site explains this. I have played one particular game over 3 days spending over £200 with precious little return. Also, there is a strong correlation between win rates when you newly join and the longer you use their site. Finally I asked them to remove me from their site tonight and they told me they retain my records for 90 days. A mathematician will easily qualify the complaints I have made. Hope you can be off assistance. Regards,

Hi jimmyk1234 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this case.
Firstly, if you are unhappy with the performance of the games at 32Red, you can either follow the advice of the operator and switch to a different browser or you're free to choose an alternative casino to play with. The performance of games at any online casino is made up of the quality of their servers, the quality of their software, the quality of the machine you are using and the quality of the software you are using. Different combinations will result in different performance. Less than 10% of users that visit this site use Mozilla Firefox so it's not optimal to tailor the service to such an infrequently used browser.
Secondly, I'm afraid a mathematician wouldn't support your conclusions. A few days play would not be nearly a large enough sample size to establish any verifiable conclusions about the fairness of the games being played.
What you're accusing 32Red of here - that being games that return better for newly registered players - is running non-random games. In other words cheating. I'm afraid we've seen no evidence to support such a claim, their software has been audited by numerous independent bodies to establish fairness, it's the same software used by dozens of other online casinos (any casino offering Microgaming games) and as stated above, a few days play wouldn't be enough to establish problems.
Finally, all online casinos retain records on all players that sign-up with them permanently. This is to prevent players returning again and again to claim welcome bonuses they are not entitled to.
Sorry we can't be of more help.
