Unresolved - While the operator has failed to provide evidence to support their case, we have significant concerns about this player and multiple others.
Read our Casino Estrella Review.
My account was allowed to play. After several games, my account was suspended for verification. I received a letter that my account will be closed until the investigation is complete. After 3 days, I received an email saying my account was blocked. "Our management reported that you used fraudulent methods or techniques to gain an unfair advantage in our Casino." So they explained the lock. Casino refers to paragraph 5.1.13 of the rules. Casino accuses me of serious fraud "martingale, doubling and similar systems and strategies." No further details were provided. I disagree with the charge. I have the right to demand evidence supporting the charges, but the casino does not provide additional information. The casino doesn't have proof, they can not share with me, so they need to get my winnings back.
Hello)What about my complaint? Are try to contact with the casino?
Casino Estralla have indicated that they have concerns relating to specific activities on this account that would be in violation of terms and conditions. However they have failed to provide sufficient evidence to verify the claimed violations.
Independently, we have concerns regarding this complainant.
On these grounds this complaint will be marked as 'Unresolved'.
No further dialogue about this issue will be engaged.

Hi ivasvov1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
