Resolved - Casino Estrella have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

12 December the casino (said) that my payment was sent to my bank . They told me Max 5 days I will be reflected on my account. Today is 28 and still waiting for this. I context the casino to see what is happening and they just gave me excuses and said that we need to wait more .. my account before to make the whidraw was complete verify and is anything reason to block the payment. He told me is cuz the Covid , but if the payment was on 12 is imposible to have this kind of delay. My bank said that the money never was transfer, this is the reason . I ask for a manager in casino estrella in terms to help me, and they said that is no possible. So what should I do ?
