Hi groober124 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
With a short payment delay issue you need to allow the operator time to rectify the situation before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party ADR. If you haven't received your withdrawal by Monday the 11th of March let us know and I'll contact the operator for you.
You should also be aware that if this is your first withdrawal it is likely to take longer than the listed average.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
