Player's Complaint
Account review was opened on 17/01. I have submitted all necessary documents. 23/03 they advised 5 working days for the account review to be completed. After that they sent an email on 30/03 quoting they needed a further 10 working days (never gave any reason whatsoever). I contacted them six times from 30/03 to 13/04 with no response. I received an email on 14/04 saying they need a further 10 working days… for also no reason. The website will cease to exist on 23/03 + 30 days. So I am worried whether they will scam my money.
I have provided bank statements from Jan 2022 to August 2021. All ID documents aswell.
