Player's Complaint

Hello! I requested my withdrawal 1 week ago. My account has been verified. Casino Plex doesn't pay me to Skrill. They replied me that they have technical problems with payments gateway. I don't believe that it is true. They say they don't know when the problem will be solved and when they will be able to pay. That is, they can't give even approximate time/ In theory, I can wait for months. Please take action.
