Hi,
I have been waiting for a withdrawal of 900UD to be made since I started the withdrawal process on the 19th of August. I had to go through the verification process which was fine, but then I kept being told that my withdrawal would be processed soon. Finally they said they were experiencing a technical issue with payouts, which was also fine. I asked when this may be resolved, they said 'soon'. I have correspond with them via email 10 times now with no answers. I really need my cash and since they say it will be paid out within 72 hours, that has well been exceeded now. Hi, I was just wondering if there has been any progress with this as I still havent received anything. I've contacted them daily with the same response. However one operator mentioned that the ' tests' were now complete so withdrawal should happen this week. Any idea what these 'tests' might be?

I don't have any specific information for you at the present time, but I do have one of their management team chasing this issue for you.
'Tests' means that they've changed the company they're using for processing their payments probably because they're unhappy with the delays that have been occurring recently. They won't switch the old payment provider off until such time as they have a new one in place that they have tested and can confirm can manage payments as that would only exacerbate the situation.
I'll let you know when I have more information.
