Dublin Bet - missing deposit


Found for the Player - After extended dialogue with the operator about this issue this report requires clarification.

The player appears to have made an error. The issue that they submitted a complaint about actually occurred at Casino Estrella and appears to have been resolved. However, during the discovery process for this matter, a second issue - involving this operator voiding of a larger balance - came to light. We can see no legitimate grounds for the operator to have withheld payment and as such this complaint ruling will still favour the player.

Player's Complaint

Good day! I am in conflict with Dublinbet Casino.

On October 11, 2020, I refilled my account with $ 50 via Skrill. I did not carry out any game activity. The casino unilaterally blocked my account. The funds were not credited to my account. Due to the fact that my account is blocked, I would like to receive funds to my Skrill payment wallet, from which I made a deposit.

I have repeatedly written to the casino in the hope of settling the situation, but the casino does not want to communicate and ignores my messages.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

We have discussed this matter with the operator and reached an impasse. Having reviewed the information that the operator has provided, it seems likely that you have been engaged in activities that no casino is going to be pleased about and that are effectively certainly going to result in a dispute. However, neither the evidence provided nor the terms cited are strong enough in our professional opinion to justify non-payment. The operator has refused to change there position so sadly there is nothing further we can do to assist you.

We would appreciate it if you do not bring us any further cases of this nature. They expend our resources on matters that are entirely of your own creation.

If you want a legal ruling you would have to take your case through the appropriate courts.
