Found for the Player - Dublin Bet has inadequate terms to actually justify a violation in this case so they are claiming the player has "colluded" with themselves.
Read our Dublin Bet Casino Review.

Good day I sent you the email i receive from them and pls note i am VIP i play many many years in dublin bet from the time conect direct to live casino in Ireland and lot of monay i play there. Thanks again follow the email: [EDIT] VIP (Support)24 Oct, 11:14 CEST Dear [EDIT], I hope this email finds you well. I’m contacting you today on behalf of CasinoExtra and Dublinbet. Our fraud department has reviewed your accounts and we have noticed the way you are playing. You are playing on the same table, Super Sic Bo, from your 2 different accounts, this is called collusion. and this is a breach of our terms and conditions. You can see the history of your bet involved below: As our terms and conditions says: “5.1.13. When a player makes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the casino, this includes strategies like “martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies” then the casino will take action including the confiscation of winnings and bonus funds. We will only take this action in the event that this behavior is reasonably evident. The user is prohibited from using devices such as robots, any other external player assistance (EPAs) program, or techniques that distort normal gameplay and give the player an unfair advantage.” According to our terms and conditions we have permanently closed all your accounts CasinoExtra, Dublinbet, Lucky31 and CasinoEstrella, canceled your withdrawals and confiscated your funds. The decision is final and no reopening will be considered. We appreciate your time and understanding regarding this matter. Best Regards, [EDIT] VIP team

Hi nikost,
I've discussed this issue with Dublin Bet. They inform us that you have been using two accounts at different brands they own to play in their live casino at the same time. Beyond that the details they have provided are sparse, but they are claiming that this constitutes "collusion".
We do not agree with this interpretation. Collusion by definition ("secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy in order to deceive others.") requires more than one party to act is concert. Two accounts being operated by the same person does not constitute collusion.
Depending on how exactly these accounts have interacted - for instance if they were playing on the same table and betting on different outcomes to the same bet - this may constitute other breaches of terms and conditions. But Dublin Bet have failed to provide any supporting evidence to suggest that there were other term violations.
Sorry we could not be of further help!

Hi nikost - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Specifically, what reason has the operator given you for non-payment?
Thanks,
