20k GBP are being withheld on Hyper Casino pending a request for third party bank statements because I received some transfers from friends on Much Better while depositing across 3 brands owned by L&L Europe Ltd:

- I have submitted full KYC that I can provide for myself, but for obvious reasons I do not have access to third party bank statements
- I always had sufficient balance in my bank account to fund the deposits I made and the majority of funds deposited originated directly from my bank account and never interfered with the transfers received on Much Better. I just used the funds that were already available in my Much Better account, because that is what the e-wallet is for
- None of the funds on Hyper Casino where I am trying to withdraw are related to the transfers from third partied where bank statements are requested
