I have been playing on this site for over a year. In the last 8 months i have probably deposited over $100,000 in february alone i lost over $30,000. I have tried multiple games as well as their hot game recommendations but have not won anything since july 2022. I find it completely absurd that i have been playing for so long and have had absolutely zero luck on this site.

With the greatest of respect, all gambling games have a 'house advantage' and players are expected to lose. Yes, some players will win more than expected but that is balanced out by players who lose more than expected. The more and longer you play, the more you should expect to lose.
Unless you have millions of rounds of play on an individual slot game or some other very strong evidence of that the games have not performed fairly, simply having lost more than you are comfortable with would not be sufficient for us to investigate further.
All we could suggest is that if you have lost confidence in the operator that you are playing with, that you choose an different site for gambling in future.
