Player's Complaint

I was seeing if you could contact the operator or the owner of Luxury Casino who are Apollo Entertainment Limited, long story short, I was not paid casino winnings and I entered into litigation proceedings against the casino, as they were non responsive to my claim, I had a judgement order in my favour granted by the court, this was 2 months ago...the casino had the judgement sent to there Malta adress as well as myself providing it on email to them, MGA intervened and spoke to the company who advised they would take directions of any Judgement received, however they have still not paid it and MGA are now far from helpful...there actaully useless !!! all I want is to try to speak to someone at Apollo Ent Ltd to see wghat is going on...can you help me at all as I obviously want to avoid any messy enforcement/baliff inetrvention in Malta

Hi davey2020 - welcome to!

I'm sorry to hear about your problems but by the point that a court has already given a ruling and regulators have informed the operator to pay, there is absolutely nothing that we can do. No operator will act because we ask them to when they have not for these groups.

I would recommend pursuing enforcement.
