Resolved - After some delays with the verification of documents at Major Tom casino, this player has received their full balance.

Player's Complaint

Hello, I won in this casino. Then he turned to the online chat, I was told to send documents for verification. The documents have been successfully sent. 2 days later I again turned to the support and the operator has confirmed that the documents are successfully verified. I did cashing in online chat told me to expect up to 48 hours to process cashing. 2 days later I again turned to online chat, but now the operator said that my documents are not received, I am very surprised by this casino! Today I re-sent the documents, but I think that the casino won't pay, so I lost all the money! Please provide help me !!!

I'd also say that you're going to have to refrain from making further accusations - an issue with document verification does not mean that a casino have "cheated" you.
