Moneygaming - doesn't want to pay me

Ruling

Unresolved - Despite permission being granted to discuss the player's account, MoneyGaming were unwilling to provide supporting evidence to validate their claims that this player has likely been involved in the operation of multiple accounts. If this is the case, we would support the casino's decision not to pay the player, but as we cannot verify MoneyGaming's claim this report will be marked 'Unresolved'.

Player's Complaint

They say, my account is somehow linked to another one, and don't what to say how. Could you speak to them and find out what's the problem?

Hi Jacobev5691 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before I can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with your username and the email address you use at MoneyGaming so we can locate your account.

It would also be helpful to see what they've said to you, so if you could forward on any communication you've had with MoneyGaming to [email protected] I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Jacobev5691,

I've still received no follow up from you. Before I'm prepared to approach MoneyGaming about this issue, I want to ensure I'm familiar with what's already been said. As such I won't be taking any further action until I receive the information I requested.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Jacobev5691,

I've received the emails you received from MoneyGaming. I notice that in one of the emails they asked you to offer an explanation for the association they'd found between your account and another account. Could you forward your response to this?

Thanks,

Hi Jacobev5691,

In order for MoneyGaming to discuss your account with me they need you to provide an email granting them permission to do so. The email needs to contain your name, email address, username, the date and explicit permission for the casino to discuss the details of your account with representatives of ThePOGG.com.

You need to send the email to [email protected] and CC we[email protected] so that I can see when you've sent the mail.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Jacobev5691,

To keep you informed - I have received your email permission and since that point have been trying unsuccessfully to re-establish communication with MoneyGaming. I'm going to keep trying for the time being.

At this point MoneyGaming have provided me with as much information as they're willing to. They believe that this player's account is associated with several other accounts via various factors in an unnatural fashion.

Unfortunately MoneyGaming have been unwilling to provide the supporting evidence to verify this claim and as such I cannot assert with any confidence that this is true.

If the claim were to be true I would of course support MoneyGaming in their decision not to pay this player, but as the situation currently stands I have two different parties giving different accounts (I've little doubt Jacobev5691 would deny these claims) and nothing upon which I can base a ruling.

Jacobev5691 - if these claims are not true I would suggest taking your complaint to MoneyGaming's regulator the Alderney Gaming Control Commission. You can find their contact details here - http://thepogg.com/regulator/gambling-control-commission/.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
