Resolved - A payment delay issue has been addressed and this player has been paid in full by myBet. We consider this issue resolved.
Dear thepogg,
I am playing by Mybet from November and than I submitted all my documents and verified my account.At the moment, my account got reached 6180EUR and i tried to withdraw money at Monday, got refused because they wanted new documents.Submitted them and began to wait.Yesterday evening tried to login to my account and saw that my account was locked.It was told, that today they will call me and after the verification, my account will be reopened again.They called me, answered to all questions and than said me , they will send it to the department to check it etc.Yesterday something was told, today something different.Can you contact them on my purpose, to see what's going on regarding my money?Will be happy to know the outcome from you.Take care
