Hello,

so i was playing on the N1Casino and they have offered certain games (like Blackjack) and rules (to bet more than 1€ and to deposit more than 1000€/month) which were forbidden by German law.

I am a German citizen, and they therefore weren't allowed to let me participate in these games and with bets and deposits exceeding 1€ and 1000€,

So it was my full right to request a refund for my deposits.

I have explained the situation and that the law did not allow me to play those games with these high bet amounts, etc. etc.

They unfortunately completely disagreed with me and did not refund me at all.

I once again played on their site and lost money in games they were not even allowed to offer to German players.

Even after i have told them the facts, they have not excluded me from these certain games or put a maximum in my bet amounts or deposits. They have done literally nothing after i told them the situation to further avoid this.

I now ask the POGG in advance, if I'm entitled to a refund by the casino for my bets before and after i had that discussion with them?
