Player's Complaint

On 29-10 I registered on Octo Casino. All was okay and even the option country residence netherlands was on there to choose.

I deposit like 625,-. I was winning a moment and withdrew 400,-. First I needed to upload all documents etc. Took so long that ofcourse played it all away. Alway think thats kinda dirty so I SE myself. But then I noticed Octocasino was not a dutch licensed casino and there for I was never allowed to play there. Nor should Octocasino accept dutch players cause they dont have a KSA liscense. And give the netherlands as a option is a total no go. Even when the T&C say itz your own responsibilty to check or casinos are restricted in your area. It is not allowed... they even risk a big fine for accepting players from the netherlands. So I asked kindly to refund my deposits.. they refuse. And stick to the own responsibility thing. That is rubbish thats not a legal thing.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
