Hi, 

there was no Username because Turbico was an PayNPlay Casino. 

The Username was my Bank Account. Turbico only accepted Trustly Deposits.

Reviewing your emails to Turbico - your request was made while Turbico was operating on the Bethard license, so any license wide exclusion request you made would apply to other properties on the Bethard license. 

Subsequently, Turbico has changed license provider to N1 Interactive. While you self-exclusion request would still apply to the Turbico property when your account was transfered, the license wide request was made for the Bethard license, not the N1 license. As such there would not be any exclusion in place for other properties - like Pino Casino - who run on the N1 Interactive license.

That is correct. Your exclusion applies at the Bethard license and at Turbico casino specifically. It would not apply to the new license, N1 Interactive.

A license wide self-exclusion only applies to the license you request it at. Even if the casino in question changes license later.

Dear Sir or Madam,
 
 I hereby report a case at "Pinocasino", operated by N1 Interactive Ltd.
 
 According to a medical certificate I am addicted to gambling. 
 
 In November 2020, I played at Turbico Casino (operated by N1 Interactive Ltd.). When I suffered a loss of control at that time, I had myself banned from the entire casino group. I still have the mails for confirmation. It was said at that time that it is no longer possible for me to create an account in a casino of this group. I had my data blocked for life at that time. The responsible team leader confirmed the blocking to me by mail. 
 
 Unfortunately, I suffered a relapse in May by registering at Pinocasino (operated by N1 Interactive Ltd.). I lost 900€ in this casino within a few hours. This sum was almost my entire salary in this month. Despite being banned from this casino group, I was able to easily create an account and even deposit money from the same data that was banned at that time. I have the same bank account, address, date of birth and phone number. 
 
 Pinocasino now claims that the e-mail address does not match the e-mail address of the blocking at that time. I have to say that Turbico Casino knew both my e-mail addresses, because I accidentally wrote from my second e-mail address at that time and the casino asked me to write from the e-mail address stored in the account.
 
 So N1 Interactive Ltd knew both email addresses, knew the blocked data (which has not changed) and now they refuse to refund my deposits.
 
 I therefore ask the casino once again to refund me the amounts of 900€. 
 
 After all, I already lost over 4,500€ at Turbico Casino, but I am currently fighting this loss with my lawyer. 
 
 I know that the fault is on my side but there is nothing I can do about this gambling addiction. I am under medical treatment and my breaks from gambling are getting longer and longer, so I am on the right track. Nevertheless, there are unfortunately still setbacks that I have to cope with. 
 
 Nevertheless, I must say that a relapse would not have been possible if the casino group had blocked my data for life, as promised at the time. 
 
 In addition, I have also blocked myself from Sofortüberweisung, Trustly and Skrill. 
 
 I would be happy if we could solve this case together!
