Player's Complaint

I had 9000 in my account that I've been trying to access for months now,after sending the needed id over and over again ending with seven different times I was finally approved and made four withdrawal requests 3x 2500 and 1x 1500 and all was sweet nothing at all ever was said about deposit bonuses and the 9000 sat in an account where thetotal able to withdraw was 9000. After 22 days waiting for the requests to be approved today they have turned around and said firstly my banking details were wrong and that only 1000 was allowed to be taken once banking details were correct and that the remaining 8000 was taken by them as a deposit bonus coupon.
