Abyss is launched when least one book is on winning combination after Abyss added 2 books is added to playfield. In this round effect is not launched but after that coming "Void" effect is launched normally. This same cheat is revealed by me 14 months ago. Still it is there. Instructions dont know situation where effect launching is skipped. Play'n GO has not provided single prove for any round they investigated. Only casinos tell "there were no issues".. Still they think that those four words change video in Youtube and game log in Play'n GO server. I am glad to know what licence allows closing account and refuse to tell how round was investigated. Truth is that it cant be proved different way because round original acting is on Youtube. When I wrote this to Play'n GO Facebook page, I got a ban to publish anything. THIS (!!) is called that player is gambling addictive when he is not satisfied for that nothing is done... After that requesting MULTIPLE TIMES for proves, they are not provided. ..is another example of Play'n GO cheating. 5 cyan diamonds followed "Frature Abyss triggered".. Only Special Wilds (books) can trigger effects.. That log was against instructions too - and no issues... :D

Bottom of that link showed what happens when 2 special wilds is added to existing 2 special wilds... That 2+2 = 2... Last two pictures are then identical.

Like I said, there is no casino who can do anything for this. When I am writing this, there is hundreds of cheated round going same time.....worldwide...

Reason to put revealed cheat publisher out of casino...

I'll contact the operator to discuss the issue, but I do need to be clear that there is a significant difference between "cheating" and a "bug". Cheating is an intentional action that would increase the operator's revenue beyond that which is stated in the RTP. A bug is a glitch in the game that is unintentional. 

If you have anything here, you have a "bug". Even where your issue was demonstrated to be valid, as the RTP is derived from millions of rounds of play, this bug has been taken into account during the generation of the RTP figure. The only situation where that would not be the case would be where the software provider intentionally introduced this after the RTP figure was generated and I do not see any evidence to support that claim.

Tells that 5+4+4(3+book)+4(3+another book) is 21. After that Abyss books+eye-mark books were added. They hit 2+2 books each.
So 21+4+4 =29 and VOID-books (limit 27) is added in corners of playfield. Upper left is a book hit and VOID-effect is launched.

Instructions: "If seven symbols charge the portal, two Special Wilds will replace two symbols at random on the grid. If 14 symbols charge the portal, two Special Wilds will replace two random symbols and, if they are part of a winning cluster, you will activate the Portal effect Abyss."

That is not activated and I think books were part of winning combination if there is no books in playfield before VOID (2+2books x2) 

We have situation where 27 was reached but 14 not reached (because of missing Abyss-effect)

This case has nothing to do with payouts or RTP. This round did not follow its programmed instructions.

I still dont understand when player makes complaint about game doing wrong, he gets story of RTP what has nothing to do in single round. RTP calculation needs at least two rounds. Exactly two months ago MGA replies for me that "Play'n GO confirmed...."

There you can see that last "screen" is identical to previous and log says there is 2 special wild difference. This way MGA (and others) is cheated.

Forgot... last example shows how 5 cyan diamonds "launch Abyss".. Instructions say that activators must be Special Wilds..

That round has no issues too. Someday someone asks for player what happened and not from provider who gives different explanation of missing items every time. 


At this point they are "3 books were part of winning, not four". Instructions: Win with one...

"Eye-mark was not in winning combination" and instructions "eye-mark adds 2 Special Wilds" and effects is launched without eye-mark in whole round.

It is interesting to see what is this Yeti Casino explanation but this point we see only story of RTP. Not a word in played round "16336645263".

Now I noticed that "read casino review" was edited in my first complaint text. That has nothing to do with game acting against instructions. Of course if all complaints is solved "one sided" and even proves cant be provided. Someone thinks it is normal operation when in every game session game is not acting like it instructions say. Worst visible cheat is still that if field has 2 books (called Special Wilds) and 2 Special Wilds is added with existing ones, that makes total of 2. That fact cant find in reviews.

Unbelievable.. 2+2 =2 in log takes this long to understand something is very wrong in Play'n GO gaming.

Having reviewed your video in detail I can confirm that there is an issue, but it is a very long way away from the 'cheating' that you are trying to represent.

What has happened here is simple. The provider has missed a single line off of their bonus feature description in the paytable. That line should detail that the Abyss feature is not activated where the Portal meter activates the Void feature within the same win chain. 

This omission doesn't in any way impact the RTP of the game which is calculated on play of the game as it is, not by paytable descriptions. So no one has been cheated and the game performs at the advertised and tested levels. 

As far as your claim goes, there are no grounds for financial compensation and where their is an issue it is with Play N Go, who are responsible for the game, not the operator. At the worst possible interpretation of this issue - as this is not an issue that makes the games RTP inaccurate or results in players being charged more than the price stated in the game rules, but rather about the technicalities of how the bonus feature is documented within the paytable - your claim would be that you have lost out on advertised entertainment where this aspect of the bonus feature functioned slightly differently to the described feature under these specific circumstances. And to that end, Yeti casino on multiple occasions provided you goodwill bonuses, which you accepted, when you raised this issue with them. So any loss of entertainment has already been addressed. There is no claim for us to pursue against Yeti Casino both on the grounds that they are not responsible for the paytables for Play N Go's games and that despite this lack of responsibility they have already compensated you for any inaccuracy in the game description.

We will look to address this issue with Play N Go to pursue the clarification of the function of the bonus feature within the paytable, but unlike the operator we have no legal authority over the software provider.

Play'n GO has not yet given statement (right word) what is going any form in game normal operation. Now they say that "Abyss is not activated because of FUTURE HAPPENING!!!"

And this is where you're jumping to incorrect conclusions once again.

Play N Go have given us NO feedback what-so-ever on this issue. I reviewed the video and it's self-evident what the problem is. 

Every action in your video can be explained by the paytable by simply working through the sequence of events logically. The only thing that does not happen is the activation of the Abyss feature, and it is reasonable to conclude that this was skipped over as the next stage up the bonus ladder was activated before the Abyss feature could be played.

But all of this is totally irrelevant as has already been explained multiple times. At worst this is an inaccurate description in the paytable. It makes no difference what-so-ever to the return players can expect to receive as the RTP is derived from play on the game as is.

Again.. VOID-mark is visible in portal and AFTER that is picture where is readable word "abyss" (my mistake timing screenshot) and VOID-mark still in portal. Third picture shows Abyss-effect "beam" in 4th row upwards. Fourth picture shows added VOID-books in places 2 and 24. Fifth picture shows books IN WINNING COMBINATION are part of VOID-effect. No matter is effect coming now or in future but IMMEDIATELY next book hit after effect symbol is shown on portal. Bottom right book (place 24) was not in winning combination and for that reason is not doing VOID-effect with others.

Instructions: Read under "The portal effects are...:"

Ctrl + F (Find)..

"NOT" is in middle of "aNOTher" -word. Not in game rules

"SKI(pped)" SKI is not found on entire instructions

"EX(cept)" EX is not found on entire instructions.

Those instructions was active before and now and those are the instructions game should follow. Effects are coming in order, Abyss before Void and so on.

If those things are not happening, game is working against its own instructions and that is "error in service" and "seller" is responsible of that.

Those instructions can be viewed pressing ? in game. Like I said if something is SKIPPED, that cant found in instructions. In future these skippings comes and comes and comes.. Error,error,error... And ridiculous is that casinos are protecting themselves to be responsible of what they saw and what is explained before creating account to "The POGG"...

That is reason to make this public because I CANT LIE what actions casinos does for players.

When I made first gambling account about 2009-2010, I never thinked in future that licensed and checked casinos can someday fool players out of casinos. Everyone can think when seeing that procedure what is important to casino. Player tells that game has predefined rounds, errors in gameplay and game publisher gives BAN(!!!) when informed because casinos trust that kind of business... Player get various explanations and NOT SINGLE ONE can be found in game instructions.

BEST explanation was video captured round. "We cant locate special wilds, so effects should not be activated"...

That round had at least SIX books and they are called special wilds...

And guess what.. "We here in casino trust provider because they know how game is working"....

Play with responsibility and lost your account and progress of games like "Finn &amp; Swirly spin", "Sweet alchemy has MONEY in chest", "Viking Runecraft", "Gemix"...

That all harm because video viewes counter shows only my views but it is clear what happened...

Casino is only thing in 44 years where evidences is not needed.. "No irregulations" is showing what happened... :D

In that video (April) Play'n GO confirmed to Casino that they cant locate special wilds and there was no Abyss-mark.

Answer to The POGG...

Complaints leads. "This happened, no can do..."

And it is there and Play'n GO can continue it "continuous mistakes" and player can get more account deletions because if something is missing that affects in game round...

"Whatever"...

But 2 books, 2 beams.. right position and directions and bonus game is SURE.. Few hits there and player wins something..

Those money are gone... No can do...

I will keep this decision in my records.. Play'n GO changes instructions to match small percent of rounds. Play'n GO is not fixing ERROR IN PROGRAMMING.

I will give you answer...

If Abyss or Void -book is not giving win, eye-books are sent to grid.

AT THIS POINT those books DISABLED current effect for working normally and effect is not coming.

THAT is how it is skipping effects.

Me, player can explain it ONCE and that answer never changes like Play'n GO answer.. Still I AM kicked out of casinos because Play'n GO (and now Yeti) confirmed ONE YEAR LATER that there IS issue...

If this is going RIGHT now. Yeti re-opens my account and fills my balance enough.

Sadly next time is same issue and next casino...because broken remains untouched.

You were barred not because of the game error, but because you became you made such a inconvenience of yourself that the operator simply doesn't want your custom anymore. 

I understand you are annoyed that the paytable wasn't 100% accurate in the way it described this bonus feature. But having spotted what to all intents and purposes is a very small descriptive error does not entitle to you the grand payout that you seem to feel it does.

The player has found the most minor of descriptive issues, and one that does not impact the advertised RTP of the game.

Yeticasino got my complaint about round played in Tome of Madness slot. Game did again same cheat and skipped effects that should be activated in different situations in round. I had luck and I recorded gameplay when this round came. I send log and Youtube-link to Yeti and told that Play'n GO usually lies these investigations. That happened this time too.
 
 When requesting proves how they did decisions about round against instructions were normal operation i got answer where told that "checked twice, result ok"... Not that what I asked... "HOW!?"
 
 I understand that it is hard to prove things different how they were recorded earlier...
 
 SO, they decided put proveless lies to players fault and closed account to Yeticasino.
 
 Believe or not.. that was SEVENTH account removal and next prove for upcoming round is FIRST.
 
 Did you know that provider says how rounds go, not video or game log!!!!! Yeticasino told that they are not allowed to override decisions. [EDIT]
