BoaBoa and Malina complaints

We've had some rather unpleasant complaints against two properties in the Araxio Development group - BoaBoa and Malina - closed today.

The more serious first:

BoaBoa - the player told the operator that they had a gambling problem and that they needed to close their account over Live Chat. Rather than just closing the account the Live Chat rep directed the player to email in their request. The the intervening hours the before the email was picked up and acted on the player lost more money. Had the chat rep simply restricted the account at the point where the player asked to have their account closed this could have all been avoided, but the operator have refused to accept responsibility or refund the additional losses.

Malina - player asked for a withdrawal before the wagering requirements were complete. Rather than just rejecting the withdrawal and informing the player that they had to complete the WR Malina decided to void a €16k win. We can't see this as anything other than predatory.
