Condor Malta - not responding to complaints

While we've never had a good relationship with this group, they have up till now always responded to complaints submitted to us. That seems to have stopped now.

The issue seems to be a case from a UK player. They closed to the UK market, but didn't make any effort to close UK accounts. Player wins, and the casino don't want to and have not paid for several years. We acknowledge that terms and conditions had been updated to include the UK restriction, however it's a triviality to restrict new registrations from the UK and close the accounts of UK players. Seems pretty close to entrapment to us.

Anyway, since this conversation we've received no response to a number of cases from this operator.
