Ladbrokes update

Postby xalksx » Tue Apr 29, 2014 12:44 pm

It seems after everyone speaking about ladbrokes casino only allowing £5 per spin on there live casino, that they have read some of the feed back and updated it you can now spin up to £80 per spin ..Im unsure if high-rollers get to bet more per spin that would be something Ladbrokes would have to answer

As from today they have also added a new wallet lay out that layout to me is much better for example if i stick £200 in my gaming wallet which covers live casino/Vegas/Casino and then fancied a horse in the next race under the "sports " sections id then have to transfer money back over

With the new wallet it auto does it for you so say i had the £200 in gaming and i wanted a sports bet you now have an auto top up box you can tick which will auto transfer money from gaming to sports and allow the bet to go threw (This has just went live so everything im typing may not be 100%) but one thing that stands out is limits you can now decide what limits you play , for me this is probably a good thing to get involved in

I think they have also added the reverse withdraw feature (i don't like that on any sites at all) with ladbrokes you had to contact them and ask for it to be reversed where as now i think you can do it yourself that is a negative imo
Whats other peoples thoughts on the reverse withdraw is this just a ploy from all the sites to get you to give them back what you have won ?

But from looking at the new layout i think they should have just made one wallet for all cash the only reason i think they haven't is due to bonuses if you wanted to take up a gaming bonus then making a fresh deposit into one wallet wouldn't cover this

But as we spoke about the other day ladbrokes have to much and they keep adding more and more i no the site well so i no how it works but for someone new it may lead to difficulties as most of the gaming section is the same as the vegas section so why have both and not roll all into one giving us the player easier access to the games/slots we like to play , on top of this we have "games" why not move all the games into vegas/casino/Live casino if theres anyone out there who doesn't have a ladbrokes account or has never used the site would be good to get your feedback on yous working your way round the site :)

Ive bet with ladbrokes today and the new wallet will take allot of getting used to i really dont understand why they keep making things complicated and i still stand by the thing where i said live-chat dont have a clue whats going on ive never been disconnected from chat today i entered a bonus deposit £25 and get 25 free spins so i did and had to chase the bonus up again after a long discussion i was told i didnt deposit into the Vegas wallet (this is the new wallet that covers casino/games/gaming etc) i showed her she cut me of so i spoke to another guy he manually had to do it this is the last 4 bonuses ive had to get done manually ..As thePOGG pointed out they have to much ..Hopefully they can get things in order soon

Ladbrokes really need to sort there stuff out ..It seems like i keep digging at them but its not the case ,i like ladbrokes as a whole but today is just a disaster with them ,the site goes down while im trying to place a bet , it kept giving me error so i opened another browser and tried the same with no luck of course the horse went on to win id have received a small amount of £24.50 its not the point of the money its the point of the whole live chat ..I opened live chat and a casino guy answers under the sports section of course he knows nothing about sports so tells me theres a tech issue , i tend to wonder how much punters lose money when things like this happen , at the same time people may save money with there selections not winning ,but im one of these people that would have still explained what happened no matter if the horse won or not , they always ask for feedback but this feedback thing seems to be no good as there not taking any notes or fixing problems ..Is this site just got to much things going on...It used to be a great site to play on but now its stressing people out

Think this site just gets more and more frustrating ..There adding so much im betting with sites i feel uneasy about ..Does anyone else actually play there slots ..And is there a slot on there thats good ? This is how i bet ..I switch between betting on horses and slots ..Today i hit the "jackpot" i say this in a sarky way ..I was playing sunset somthing or other has 4 slots in one a multispin one ..Got a bonus of a 80p spin and got £150 ..And thats now a days like winning a million ..Its so hard to find a decent slot ..I think the slot i go a bonus from was sopranos..Play was £1.50 and i got £30 odd quid back come on ? Seriously ..So frustrating for a site that was once good .

Man im shocked ..I decided today to ask a few questions about bonuses on ladbrokes now i keep trying to give them feedback on there slot selection , which if im honest is absolutely shocking .So today i wins just shy of £1000 ..And asks them why they never give me a bonus for winning as they do when i lose ..Just light banter but the live chat guy seemed a bit narky ..Anyhoo i was asking about the casino points we receive as being a "VIP" I say VIP lightly as i think everyone is VIP on there ..Now 95 points takes an age to get and when converted is only £1 ..So i asked how much it was for 950 points he replied £9500 ..So to win £10 you need to turn over a whopping £9500 ..Id understand if they had great slots like allot of the recommended casinos on here where big money can be won and lost fast but the big wins are always good ..On Ladbrokes i only play 5 slots and the top bonus ive had well the worst one was for a £14.40 stake it paid £56 ..How on earth can they expect people to turn over £9500 to win a meesly £10
