I see here that Eshkol is associated with Winner, but do you know what about Revenue Partners (Playclub). Seem kind of marketing-style and almost every employee has Winner on his cv...

I'm not aware of any direct links - though I'm not saying it's not possible. However both programs are based out of Israel and that's going to increase the likelihood of people having worked in the same companies....

Another couple of programs using the 888 license:

http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - No terms what-so-ever.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - Standard 888 issues with regard to players. Weak and contradictory information regarding their revenue ladder, but other than that reasonable terms.

That's true of course. Big chance they're fishing in the same pond. I am a bit cautious about this one.

I don't blame you on that. We've recently move the Revenue Partners properties to Not Recommended status because the program is now representing Bet FashionTV who we have reason to believe have been behind a negative SEO attack on us this month. I don't actually believe that Revenue Partners had anything to do with this, I think this is an independent client they've brought on board, but we can't continue to support a program that supports an operator involved in such questionable activities.

Thanks for that. :)

It's difficult this one. There's a brand that offers there name, a white label that offers their platform, probably some people running the toko and there's someone doing marketing. In this case Revenue Partners. Overlap might just be the affiliate program and the platform in this case.

I've seen before people starting a white label without having any idea how to promote their brand. Then usually the white label providers try the programs of one of their other clients to help a bit or to run the affiliate program.

In a lot of cases in this industry - specifically because operators go to such lengths to hide who owns what - it's impossible to tell who actually owns what. As we're here to try and protect players I tend to lean towards the side of caution - if we can't prove it we work on the idea that there is some shared ownership.

The last round from the Jumpman Gaming platform:

http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - £500 min payment threshold and any rev not paid out after 90 days is voided. Weak revenue ladder.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - No terms.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - NCO, disclaimer about not tracking mobile traffic accurately
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - No terms. Personally I've also got a real issue with this operator's name.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - NCO, disclaimer about not tracking mobile traffic accurately
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - NCO and a gagging clause preventing the aff from publishing ANYTHING about their brand if the contract is terminated.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - NCO, disclaimer about not tracking mobile traffic accurately
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - No terms.
http://poggwebmasters.com/affiliate-pro ... ffiliates/ - No terms.
