OmniSlots have restricted players from Curacao:

OmniSlots Affiliates have raised their minimum payment for Bank Transfers:

They also added some kind of a quota. They can put you to 25% if you don't promote them anymore.

Can you point to the term and I'll confirm? If this is being enforced retroactively it would impact OSA rating.

While commission is calculated on net revenue, not on FTD's.
