I'm in the middle of doing the updates for the December 2013 casino review. Unfortunately we've come across a number of complaints about Grand Reef/African Palace/Indio casino all related to the unreasonably slow payment of players. We're in the process of dealing with a similar complaint related to the same problem and the casino is absolutely unwilling to offer any justification for the delays or discuss the issues in any way. As such I've taken the decision to move them to Not Recommended status and as such we won't be offering any further links to their properties.

This group have been up to their old tricks recently:

- Players simply not receiving payments. Months and months go past and no payments are made.
- Where the operator do decide they're going to pay the player they enforce a payment plan on the player that is not covered by their terms and conditions and then they make a payment or two and don't stick to the rest of the plan.
- We even have a progressive jackpot winner - so the operator will have been paid by Playtech - not receiving any payments and no explanation is being provided. Since January 2017!!!
