Hi,
I wonder if someone could help me understand how Spinsation's wagering system works.
I took the Spinsation 200% bonus offer.
I deposited £100, and received a £200 bonus,
I have been playing Big bad wolf slot.
I have now wagered £3900, and in my account page it says that I have completed 7.8% of wagering?
I thought the wagering requirements in my situation were 35 x (£100 + £200) = £10500?
In which case I should be at least 1/3 of the way through wagering, ie at least 33% complete, not 7.8% complete.
The account page also mentions a rollover sum which I dont understand.
I spoke to customer support on live chat, and tried to understand what the wagering requirements actually are, but I could not understand their responses.
Can any one explain the wagering requirement to me?
Thanks

Re: Spinstation wagering
Hi drawingtheline,
SpinStation use an usual wagering requirement system. The basic difference is that ONLY wagers placed with the bonus count towards the wagering requirement.
In your example you deposited £100 and received £200. The deposit sits as the top £100 of your balance. As long as you're only playing with your deposit you can withdraw at ANY time.
If you have completed some of the wagering requirement this means that you have dipped into playing with bonus funds at some point. That being the case you now have to complete the wagering requirement, but your wagering when you were playing with deposited funds didn't count towards the wagering requirement (explaining why such a small proportion of the wagering requirement has been completed).
Hope that helps,
TP

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
Can you point me in the direction of where within the terms and conditions of the offer this is stated?
Thanks

Re: Spinstation wagering
It's not, but as this makes the bonus more lenient (bonus terms don't apply until the first bet you place WITH the bonus) this wouldn't be considered a restriction.

Gambling club recreations frequently offer the player the deception of control in which the player is given decisions, yet the decisions don't kill the player's long-haul inconvenience the house advantage. This detriment is caused by the Can Someone Do My Dissertation | DissertationHub club not paying everything that would be normal for the chances bet.

Hi,
Again thanks for the replies.
So just to be sure I have understood this correctly, in my specific example;
a) As long as my balance has remained above £200 I can withdraw at any time?
b) After my balance has dropped below £200 I now have to complete the £10500 of wagering before I can withdraw?,
Thanks

Re: Spinstation wagering
That's correct. The moment you place your first bet using bonus funds, that's when the bonus terms become active.
