Gamstop self exclusion question

I've got a question surrounding self exclusion and Gamstop specifically around reopening accounts after one ends.

Is it a requirement to offer a 24 cool off period to reopen an account? Also are they required to speak to you in a phone call?

The reason I ask is I reopened an account around April last year. All I can remember is asking on live chat for my account to be reopened which was done almost immediately albeit with a £100 loss limit applied.

Would this have been in line with LCCP guidelines in the UK at the time or should more have been done?
