A requirement for all Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensed operators is to provide players with an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service within their terms and conditions. Any dispute resolution service listed by operators must have received Accreditation from the MGA as an ADR service. ThePOGG.com has applied for and is awaiting Accreditation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution service via the MCCAA. As such, any players subject to the MGA license can bring any complaints against the following operators to us and the operator is required to discuss the complaint with this service:

Once we're aware of your request and have added you to our books, all you need to do is add our contact information in the relevant section of your terms and conditions and that's you met your UKGC requirements.
