LeoVegas in Quickspin Exclusive

by Glenn Baird - November 11, 2020

Quickspin may have just released their epic “Titan Thunder Wrath of Hades” slot to online casinos that stock their titles, but only LeoVegas currently has access to the highly anticipated “Crystal Prince” slot.

If you are familiar with Quickspin’s most recent output then there are a number of slots worth revisiting to give you an idea of what to expect from the “Crystal Prince” slot.

Start with both Ghost Glyph and Golden Glyph and also throw Wild Cauldron in the mix and you’re starting to get somewhere.

All three of those slots are played on a larger grid than normal. Additionally, “Wild Cauldron” is also played on a grid that can expand if you can get on a run of consecutive wins, and it is that expanding grid that lies at the heart of everything good about “Crystal Prince.”

obviously, the lost looks good. It goes without saying that the design work on a Quickspin slot will be up to scratch but what stands out the most with this one is what happens after you register a win. It is a simple touch, but not one you will see very often when playing a slot on a grid this size.

Following a win, the symbols involved remain on the reels. They won’t disappear like they do in just about every other cascading slot, which means that you get an entirely new row of symbols layered on top of the existing ones when you land a win. This then means that if you can keep striking lucky you will reach the top of that grid more quickly than in most other slots. It’s a simple touch but one that makes a huge difference.

You also have your Free Spins that become easier to achieve, and certainly easier to get a good amount of the further up the grid you can make your rows grow.

The slot is perfectly time, released just a few weeks before the onset of Winter and the run up to Christmas. The slot is a celebration of winter weather, with features called Snowfall, Blizzard Seal, Blizzard Mode and Frost Wilds. The symbols are all either icy crystals or they are snowdrops or they are the Crystal Prince himself.

Feel Free to check out our full review of the slot, where we scored it an impressive 8 out of 10. Or if this is enough of a recommendation you can always head over to LeoVegas to try it out for yourself.
