M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd Licence Suspended

The Malta Gaming Authority today announced that M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd have had their gaming licence suspended as of today.

M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd can no longer offer any gaming operations and must not accept any sign-ups or payments from today. The company has also been asked to present the necessary documents that the MGA have asked for.

Any websites that operate under M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd or have an association with them are considered by the MGA not to be operational, meaning that the company and operators that are directly associated with them are no longer able to offer online services.

The following advice has been offered by the MGA to anyone waiting to be paid by the operator:

“Players who deem to have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned licence are to send an email to [email protected] and should submit the following information:

Name and Surname;

Registered Address;

Date of Birth;

Copy of Passport or ID Card;

Telephone Number;

Description of Product i.e. casino or sportsbook;

User Name; and

Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).”

The MGA have released no information about the case to allow for further investigation.
