Millwall FC, a club sponsored by Mansionbet, has released a statement showing their support for Safer Gambling week .

As announcement on the club’s website explains, Safer Gambling week is an awareness campaign designed to get people in the UK talking about gambling addiction.

The club will be promoting the hashtag #SGWeek20 on their matchday screens, on the club website and all forms of social media.

They also highlight the 5 key examples of responsible gambling behaviour:

• Only spend what you can afford
• Set your limits for time and money
• Gambling is not the answer to any problem
• Gambling when angry or upset is not a good idea
• Gambling shouldn’t interfere with your personal relationship

A Safer Gambling Week spokesperson said: “We are delighted that Millwall will be supporting Safer Gambling Week. We want to take the message about safer gambling even further this year, and are hoping that this will be our biggest campaign yet.
