Seanie Mac could Face Legal Action

Irish betting company Seanie Mac are in danger of facing a High Court trial for failing to pay out £245,000.
A customer claims that the bookmaker is refusing to pay out after an attempt was made in March to withdraw the money. Over the course of 3 months the customer managed to make huge profit and was told by Seanie Mac that he would be paid but that it would only become available once their cash-flow improved. However, communication, despite its initial cordiality, soon ceased completely.
Sportsbetting and Gaming Services, Seanie Mac’s parent company, have promised to pay the debt if the bookmaker is unable to do so.
In August last year the company denied allegations that they were $10 million in debt, claiming that the figure was exaggerated.
The company’s Twitter feed stopped tweeting in April when they had previously been posting regular correspondence, suggesting at internal problems with the business.
This week it was reported that shares in the company had dropped by 92% since last October and that the trend did not appear to be coming to a halt any time soon.
