Two years after we pass $1 million returned to players, ThePOGG.com is thrilled to announce that our complaints service has reached another milestone. As of Friday the 6th of September 2019 – the service has returned over $2,500,000 to players! That is a total of $1.5 million returned to players in the last 2 years, or $750k/year!
Almost exactly 2 years ago to the day we reported that we’d recovered $1,000,000 of player funds. That figure had been reached over the previous 4+ years of operation. In the next two years we have increased that total by 150%, demonstrating the significant growth in popularity the service has seen. On average we have returned $62,500 per month to players in the last 2 years – over double what was returned per month at our previous landmark – a figure of $28k per month. Similarly, in September 2017 we had logged 1033 closed complaints and 58 open complaints; in Sept 2019 (so far) we are logging almost 2.5k closed complaints and over 150 open complaints – so on every front it is plain to see that the service is rapidly growing!
The increased volume of players submitting complaints to our service has seen our daily ‘Return to Players’ figure over double to $2054/day and an average complaint value of $1041. This average value is again up on our previous value of $950.
The Complaint Manager at ThePOGG.com – Duncan Garvie – has been assisting players recover funds from online gambling operators for over 7 years and has personally supervised the management of almost 2.5k claims. ThePOGG.com is an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service that functions on behalf of the Malta Gaming Authority and has a client roster, in our official capacity as ADR for the regulator, of almost 100 gambling operator sites.
