Top rated casinos regulated by Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission
Overview
Situated in the Irish Sea between the east coast of Ireland and the west coast of England, the Gambling Supervision Commission of the Isle of Man is one of the oldest players in the gambling licensing business – having started operation in 2001. They lost many of their licenses during 2006 when the US pulled out of the gambling market, but are slowly starting to recover.
The Isle of Man is not part of the UK, but has a unique legal relationship with the UK government and as such the Gambling Supervision Commission works with the UK Gambling Commission and they are required to offer a dispute mediation service. It’s very unlikely that you will encounter problems at casinos regulated by the Gambling Supervision Commission, but if you do need to submit a complaint you can find the form here (http://www.gov.im/lib/docs/gambling//complaintsform.doc). Once complete you need to submit the form to [email protected]. Ensure to read all the guidance to be found on the GSC website before you submit the form.
