The Chests of Plenty slots game was produced by the Ash Gaming slots design company and is leased out by casinos using many different primary casino platforms. As a standard Ash Gaming do not include the house edge information of their slots games, however some casino do list this information in the game help files. It is not clear whether their games are configurable and as such you should treat the information in this review as a guideline only when playing at a casino that does not explicitly state the house edge they use.
Arrrgh, where’s the booty?
This game is a 5 reel game, with 20 paylines and you can bet up to one coin on each payline.
The ‘Blonde Pirate’ symbol is wild.
There are three bonus features when playing Chests of Plenty. The first bonus feature is activated when you get the Blonde Pirate wild symbol directly to the right or left of the ‘Pirate Captain’ symbol. When this happens the Pirate Captain symbol becomes wild.
The second bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Map’ symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you’ll be taken to one of three islands depending on how may Map symbols you received. You then spin the wheel to move round the island and collect prizes. If you manage to collect 3 pieces of map you move on to the next island. When the wheel lands on the ‘Skull and Crossbones’ symbol the bonus feature ends.
The third bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Treasure Chest’ symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens each Treasure Chest will open to reveal 3 gems. The gems are then compared to a paytable to award a prize. If all three chests reveal 3 diamonds you win the progressive jackpot.
Chests of Plenty is a good game with some interesting bonus features, but it also has a very high house edge….
