The Chitty Bang slots game can be found at online casinos offering Paiplay. Pariplay now publish the slots house edge information of all their games as a standard. You can find this by clicking the ‘+’ symbol at the bottom left hand corner of the game window then clicking ‘?’. Within this help file you’ll find the RTP information. As such we can say that the House Edge of Chitty Bang is 4.00%. As the help file does not list a range of possible figures we assume that this game is not configurable and should be the same at every casino you find it at.
Go off with a bang!
Chitty Bang reel game that uses a non-standard reel layout. Reels 1, 2 and 3 are three symbols high while reels 4 and 5 are 6 symbols high. The game does not use standard paylines. Instead any 3 or more matching symbols in any positions on adjacent reels starting from the left side of the reels constitutes a win. This is equivalent to 972 standard paylines.
The ‘Diamond’ symbol is Wild.
There are two bonus features when playing Chitty Bang. The first bonus feature is activated when you receive only symbols with the backlit background on reels 1, 2 and 3. When this happens you will be awarded a respin. During the respin reels 1, 2 and 3 only have 3x3 giant symbols on them.
The second bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Bang’ scatter symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be awarded either 8, 12 or 40 free spins depending on the number of Bang scatter symbols you received. During the free spins reels 4 and 5 are populated solely by 2x2 giant symbols. If you receive a Bang scatter during the free spins you will be awarded an additional two free spins.
Chitty Bang has a unique reel layout that offers some novelty value, but beyond this it has a House Edge that’s a little too high to be considered attractive and bonus features that most moderately experienced slots players will have seen before. It’s not a bad game, but there are far better games on the market.
