Crystal Crush does not operate using a traditional slots grid or paylines. Instead the game plays out over a much larger grid, where you try to match symbols within clusters. To land a winning combination you need to match 5 or more symbols which are adjacent by sides. More than one cluster can appear at once and after a winning combination has paid out the symbols that formed the cluster will disappear and new symbols will fall down into their place, providing another chance to win.
Wilds – The Wild symbol will substitute for all symbols other than crystallised symbols.
Crystallised Symbols – Crystallised symbols will fill up the progress bar. They cannot create winning combinations and they do not payout.
Crystal Bonuses – Each ordinary symbol has its own progress bar, which are filled when you reveal corresponding crystallised symbols. To crush a crystallised symbol you need to reveal a winning cluster adjacent to it. Once crushed, crystallised symbols become normal symbols. Every third crystallised symbol that is crushed will move you up a level:
Level 1 – On Level 1 a x2 multiplier exists for subsequent wins for symbols of the same colour and is active until the ed of the round.
Level 2 – On level 2 up to 3 random symbols of the same colour, except crystallised symbols, will turn into Wild symbols.
Level 3 – On Level 3 a x3 multiplier exists for subsequent wins for symbols of the same colour and is active until the ed of the round.
Level 4 – On level 4 up to 6 random symbols of the same colour, except crystallised symbols, will turn into Wild symbols.
Level 5 – On Level 5 a x4 multiplier exists for subsequent wins for symbols of the same colour and is active until the ed of the round.
Level 6 – On Level 6 all crystallised and ordinary symbols of the same colour turn into Wilds.
Crystal Crush Feature – During non-winning rounds there is a random chance that the Crystal Crush feature will be activated. When this happens 2 levels of progression will be activated on a random colour symbol.
